Shipping policy

Shipping fees are based on the size, weight, and number of the packages in an order. Larger products and additional items will incur slight shipping surcharges. Total shipping charges are shown on the checkout page.

All products are shipped with either DHL or USPS depending on the facility processing the order.

In order to fulfill items as efficiently as possible, your orders are sent to production within 24 hours. Products are typically shipped within 3-5 days of purchase.

Return to sender packages happen occasionally if the customer inputs an incorrect delivery address. If a package is returned to us our customer support team will reach out to the customer and resend.
